30-Day Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@thecocobeauty.com or call +1 (470) 826-3195 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
If an exchange is not possible or if you prefer a refund, refunds are processed within 48 hours of the approved request. Once processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation with the refund transaction details.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: wigs or hairpieces that have been worn, cut, styled, or had the lace trimmed; hair bundles and extensions that have been removed from their packaging; and skincare products that have been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Return Shipping
For standard exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, TheCocoBeauty.com will cover the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
